who we are
Face-to-face communication is both more beneficial to our mental health and more effective than digital means,¹ but it presents challenges when it comes to environmental impacts. To make sure that in-person events work towards a sustainable future, we need ambitious guiding principles.
Drawing on the outdoor ethic of "Leave No Trace", we understand that our events have lasting impacts on not only attendees, but on those who call the host destination home. It's our goal to make sure that we leave a good mark.
We all grow from having access to a diversity of perspectives, so ensuring that everyone feels welcome, included, and valued is vital. We seek to instill this into everything we work on.
Whether it's opting to forgo air travel or simply modifying food and beverage offerings, every decision can work towards a better future. Acknowledging that every organization is at a distinct stage of their sustainability journey, we encourage growth while respecting current capabilities.
The strongest partnerships are based on openness and mutual respect. We seek to promote both within our organization and with our clients. From our initial conversation until we sign on the dotted line, we view every project as the starting point for future collaboration.
